Individuals with disabilities have a wide range of capabilities and needs, therefore delivering an inclusive education requires that each situation and child is considered on a case by case basis.

Up to now in Spain and across other European nations, the most appropriate system for the needs of these children has been delivered by and through a combination of Special Needs Educational settings.
